Process of how to buy an R.HOUSE

Here is our timeline leading up to owning your own R.HOUSE at Loch Ness Park:

1. View the site, discuss house types with Sales Person

We would be delighted to walk you round our site at Loch Ness Park. You can come and have a look at the development for yourself and discuss what options are available with our Sales Person.

2. Choose your house

We have a lovely selection of plots and our houses range from 3 – 5 bedrooms. More information of the our range of house designs can be found on the houses section of our website. Or alternatively, we can send you further details via email or chat through your options on the phone. Get in touch using the contact details above if you would like to do so.

3. Arrange mortgage

You can use your own financial advisor or if you like, we can put you in touch with a recommended independent mortgage advisor.

4. Sign reservation form and pay fee to secure your house

We ask for a reservation fee to secure your house and plot at Loch Ness Park*. A completion date will be given to you on reservation.

5. Finalise your mortgage and conclude missives

Your mortgage lender will advise and talk you through the process of finalising your mortgage and concluding your missives (the letters which go to make up the legal contract for sale).

6. Meet with our Sales Person to agree any upgrades

There are all manner of upgrades you can choose to personalise your new R.HOUSE at Loch Ness Park. Talk to us about your ideas and we can advise you on how best these might fit in with your home.

7. Kitchen colour and worktops chosen

The beauty of buying off plan is that your new home is customisable to match your personal tastes. There are many different options for your dream kitchen and we will arrange a meeting with our own experienced kitchen designer to tailor it to your satisfaction.

8. Upgrades are invoiced and paid

When you are happy with the selection of any upgrades, we will provide a quote for you to agree on. Once you have accepted this, an upgrades invoice will be issued, which is payable on order.

Your new home is now under construction and once complete, it will be fully inspected by NHBC (National House Building Council) and Building Control. The approval and warranty which follows provides you with reassurance that we have built your home to the highest possible standards.

9. Move in to your new R.HOUSE at Loch Ness Park!

*NB This reservation fee is non refundable, however it is deducted from the final total price of your house.
